Let's start with why I selected this business. The reviews. They responded to the positive and the negative ones, and to the negative ones they gave reasonable responses. I took my truck in for diagnostics and they didn't know it but I own a professional obd2 scanner so I knew what was going on before i got there. They came up with the same codes and didn't add things I didn't need. I was given my repair options, I made a decision and we moved forward. I was amazed at the turn around time on the repair and my truck drives like new. Charles was informative, friendly and professional throughout the process. I don't understand the negative reviews. If you go there and conduct business like an adult you will have a pleasurable experience as I did. Thank you Aamco! 5 Star

I had a great experience here. Mr. Charles was very patient even though I was upset and asking lots of questions. They got my vehicle in and out the same day as promised. I would highly recommend this business for your auto repair needs.

These guys are the most efficient, fast, professional and knowledgeable crew. Thanks especially to Charles and Vern. We were heading out of town when our brakes locked up and they had us on our way in no time. We appreciated so much their kindnesses, especially since we were traveling with our dogs. Thank you AAMCO, we'll be back!!

My son and I made an appt with Aamco to take a look at an issue with his vehicle. According to the reviews, it's a decent shop that does good work; however, we can't speak to that aspect. We arrived this morning to drop off the car, filled out the paperwork and were talking to the guy at the desk about holiday hours, diagnostic fees, etc. The guy at the desk was very nice and helpful. An older man walks thru the back door and asks who drives that car, indicating my son's vehicle. My son said it's mine and the man said "the windshield is blacked out, we're not working on that car. We could get a ticket while driving it." I completely understand that policy, no problem. My issue was with the delivery of this message. The man was completely unprofessional, hateful, and just mean. A response that was very disproportionate to the situation. The tone, demeanor and hand gestures were completely uncalled for and undeserving. We were speechless and just left without responding to him. Edit to respond to AAMCO: As stated in review above, I do understand the policy. That was not my issue. However, I do find it very interesting that you feel the need to outright lie to cover your partner. I w

I took my truck in for transmission damage and they couldn't find the problem!! They charged me extra for the diagnosis to open it up and verify what it was and they didn't know either, they were charging me $11,000 for a new transmission according to them!!! They charged me $645 to open it up and not find anything and when I went to pick it up they didn't put it back together they gave it to me disassembled and in pieces as you can see in these photos!!! This place is the worst auto repair shop I've ever been to in the United States!! They are irresponsible and they got all the seats in the car dirty with grease!! A real disaster 👎🏽
